Women and Children Hospital :
After taking on lease a Government Building and making substantial investment of funds, JK in collaboration with SFSD has established a full fledge Women and Children Hospital(WCH) at Ghazni Khel Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The hospital is equipped with life saving medicines and qualified doctors that educate and treat women and children free of cost. With the help of Family Planning Association of Pakistan, We have also been successful in promoting healthcare & family planning awareness, which has decreased the infant mortality rates in the area. We also conduct quarterly Project Audit of the Hospital to ensure services are up to the standard requirement.

Vocational and Technical Training
To improve the employment prospects of the new generation, SFSD has instituted a Skill Development and Computer Literacy Program in Sarai Naurang, Lakki Marwat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and also Vocational Training Centre for Women Ghazni Khel.

Affiliated with the Skill Development Council (SDC) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, the Serai Naurang Computer Centre (SNCC) was established in November 2002 it conducts computer courses of 3 and 6 month duration. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates are awarded SDC approved certificates. Recently, the SNCC has also started offering a one-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) which is affiliated with the Board of Technical Education of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Clean Drinking Water:
JK with Saifullah Foundation has been installing number of hand-pumps and tube-wells in remote area of Lakki Marwat where because of lake of drinking water the infant motility rate was very high. In addition SFSD rehabilitated and maintained a tube-well providing clean drinking water to a population of over 2,000 people in Lawang Khel village of Lakki Marwat District. 

Water for Irrigation
JK has installed a pilot drip irrigation system at Tajazai in District Lakki Marwat. This system has been installed at a private agricultural farm to demonstrate a scientific and productive way for crop irrigation whilst minimizing water wastage. Drip irrigation provides the plant with continuous, near optimal soil moisture by conducting water directly to individual plants. This system of irrigation is eminently suited for an area with inadequate water for irrigation in an arid climate.

Promotion of Sports and Recreation
The Foundation has set up a Sports Club at Serai Naurang which provides facilities for Badminton, Volleyball and Table Tennis for the youth.

FM  Radio Station
Lakki Radio FM-88 went on air in 2004 to create public awareness in health and  educate people on various social issues. It also provides general entertainment for the Lakki Marwat district . The station has successfully met these objectives and FM-88 has gained a dedicated following in the local broadcast area.

SEL is Oil and Gas Exploration Company which exploration acreage in far and remote areas of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Two blocks are in Sindh, namely Khetwaro and Sari South, while the other two Blocks are in Kohat and Bannu - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan.
