Saif Power Limited, Pakistan:

Is a 225 MW Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant in Pakistan owned by the Saif Group. This US$ 235 Million power project has achieved cod and has been operational since April 2010.

• Helped in the negotiation with Pakistan Government and PPIB.
• Assisted in arranging  funding for the project through local financial institutions.
• Supported SPL in contract negotiations with  CMEC of China and O & M Contractors
• Provided security for the project site.

Transworld Associates, Pakistan:

Pakistan’s first private sector undersea fiber optic cable system of over 1280 km, provides international bandwidth connecting UAE, Oman and Pakistan.

• Helped in preparing a feasibility study of the project
• Provided assistance in contract negotiations  with  TYCO of USA.
• Acquired land for the cable Landing Station in Karachi.
• Helped set up company’s office in Islamabad and Karachi.
• Identified contractors for building of the Landing station in Karachi.

GlobeComm (Private) Limited:

Provides cell site acquisition, planning, construction services and turnkey cellular network deployment solutions.  GlobeComm has built over 1500 cell sites and acquired over 3000 cell site locations for Mobilink, Pakistan’s premier mobile service provider.

• Conducted site surveys.
• Indentified and acquired sites for cell site deployment.
• Assisted in getting Zoning & Regulatory Permits.
• Construction of BTS sites for the company.
• Provided human resource to the company.

Lahore Compost (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan:

Lahore Compost is Pakistan’s first composting plant located in the outskirts of Lahore city capital of Punjab province and is a JV with the City District Government Lahore (CDGL). The project has been setup on Build-Operate-Transfer basis, whereby the project will be transferred to CDGL after a period of 25 years. This is the first Public - Private project in Pakistan on such a large scale in the area of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) recycling.

• Prepared the feasibility for putting up of the organic compost plant.
• Completed documentation for award of carbon credits from the World Bank.
• Provided human resource for the project.
• Assisted in setting up the plant on project site.
